I love this place!!! It’s in an old building and they’ve kept some things in their original form. I couldn’t stop taking pictures with my big camera! We ordered the ¥1,000 lunch set and everything they served us was delicious. I can’t wait to go back! Very close to Hofu Tenmangu Shrine so a great spot to enjoy lunch or some coffee and dessert after visiting the shrine.

発酵食をいろんなメニューに使っていて、とても美味しかった！ お味噌、塩麹、酵素シロップなど、自家製。発酵に興味がある人ならたまらないお店。 地球とカラダに優しい食と雑貨、環境を提供していると感じました。 お味噌汁が熱々ではないのはちゃんと意味があっての事です。 日本の素晴らしい食の伝統と農業の大事さを分かった上で食べると、心もカラダも満たされること間違いなし✨ 塩麹や醤油麹で、いろんなメニューが作れるのを知って、私も自分で試してみようと思いました。 どちらかというとガッツリ量を食べたい若い男子は物足りないかもしれないですが、素材が良くて美味しいものをゆっくり味わいたい人にはちょうどいい量です。 たまたま私たちは予約無しで入って座れましたが、すぐに満席になっていました。 こんなお店で毎日食べたら健康でいられるだろうなぁ…。 金柑の酵素シロップを買って帰りました。 蓋を開けたら泡がシュワーっと湧き上がってきた！(こぼれてはいません) このシロップ...
