中華 コナン — Restaurant in Ichihara

前回訪問した時は休日で入れなかったけど

2度目の訪問でコナンさんの中華料理を 食べる事が出来ました😸

白金通りから一本中に入った処に お店はあります。

私は瓶ビール、レバ野菜炒めとラーメン😺 妻は半炒飯とラーメンのセットを注文しました。

レバ野菜炒めは見た目はパッとしませんが 食して美味しかった。

私の嫌いなモヤシがタップリと入っていたが (レバ野菜炒めだから当たり前だけど・・・・😹)

塩加減と炒め方が絶妙でモヤシがタップリ でも気にならない。

レバーも小振りですが、美味いの一言😋 ビールがグイグイと進みます。

ラーメンは昔ながらの中華そばで 出汁がほんのり効いて優しい味わい。

スープの塩加減も全然塩っぱさを感じず

私は何回もスープを啜りました😸 塩っぱくなく優しいお出汁の味を感じます。

(ラーメンのスープにお出汁と言うのも 少々違和感を感じますが😅)

麺は柔らか目に茹でてありましたが 正統派の中華そばには合っています。

コナンさんの中心メニューは中華ですが

カツ丼やカレーライスもありメニューは 比較的充実しています。

これらの和食や洋食は後日の 楽しみに取っておこう😸

中華コナンさんは住宅街に溶け込む 美味しい中華屋さんでした。

When I visited last time, I couldn't enter because of a holiday, but I was able to eat Conan's Chinese food on my second visit 😸

There is a shop in the middle of the street from Shirokane-dori

I ordered a bottle of beer, stir-fried liver vegetables and ramen 😺 My wife ordered a set of half-fried rice and ramen.

Stir-fried liver vegetables didn't look good, but they were delicious to eat.

There was a lot of bean sprouts that I hate (it's natural because it's stir-fried liver vegetables ... 😹)

The saltiness and stir-fry method are exquisite, and it doesn't matter if the bean sprouts are tasty.

The liver is also small, but a delicious word 😋 Beer goes crazy.

Ramen is a traditional Chinese noodle, and the soup stock has a slight effect and a gentle taste.

I didn't feel the saltiness of the soup at all, and I sipped the soup many times 😸 I feel the taste of the soup stock, which is not salty and gentle.

(It feels a little strange to say soup stock in ramen soup 😅)

The noodles were softly boiled, but they go well with the orthodox Chinese noodles.

Conan's main menu is Chinese, but there are also katsudon and curry rice, so the menu is relatively substantial.

Let's save these Japanese and Western foods for future fun 😸

Conan China was a delicious Chinese restaurant that blended into the residential area.

以前から気になっていたのですが、なんとなく恐くて入店できずにいたコナンさん‼️アニメのコナンは、まったく興味ありませんが(笑)今回、初めての来店となりました‼️今回、注文したのが広東麺&餃子&チャーハンで頂いて来ました‼️広東麺はアッサリ広東麺でスープも旨味があって美味しいですね‼️(∀
