Authentic Japanese cuisine restanrant. Located in a tiny street near Yawatajuku Sta. Chef has served for a hotel for some decades and decided to open his own resaurante near his home. They have a lunch course or set menu as well as a range of dinner courses. Reservation is recommended if you come in a group. Also, to let the chef to get the seasonal seafood materials. Dinner course from ยฅ4,000ใ. Today, I visited with my family. Made a reservation in advance and we were a group of 5. The course started with lovely selection of starters. Egg & cheese, eggplants with miso soy paste, sweet sour fried small fish, salty ginko nuts, fried shrimp cake. All handmade! We could enjoy talking and eating bit by bit. Sashimi raw fish is tuna, scallops, flounder and the seasonal sanma fish! Yummy, yummy, my first sanma this year. Dashimaki tamago is a Japanese omlet, egg mixed with Japanese soup stock, making you feel home. Another main dish was grilled duck. Mastard is coming together. Seabreem rice is cooked with fish soup stock, so the taste is deep, um how can I say. The best dish of the day! Dessert is a pear compote. Chef's neat tech.
