レストラン　青：　長生郡一宮東浪見 昨日、家族5人で近くの洋風レストランで、夕食を楽しみました。　べらぼうに、その料理は美味しかったです。　前菜から始まり、最後はマカロニパスタ（トマトソース）で締めました。　特に、地元、新鮮な鯛をクリーム煮したセコンドは、赤ワインと相性がよく、口の中で優しく甘くとろけ、絶品の味でした。　マスター、女将も地元の人で、地元食材に強いこだわりをもち、美味しい料理を作ることが、何よりも生きがいであると、おっしゃっていました。　室内の明かりも落ち着いた深いオレンジ色で、ほのぼのとした家族のお話が弾み、　幸せな時を過ごしました。　満足でした！！！！ Restaurant – Blue, Torami, Ichinomiya-Machi, Chousei-Gun, Japan Yesterday, I went to a nearby restaurant, with family members of mine, and enjoyed dinner for the first time in a long time. The food was superb, and it was beyond description. It started with appetizers and ended with Macaroni Pasta-Special of this restaurant. Above all, the Local and Fresh Snapper - cooked with cream sauce - tasted the best. Its fish meat was like as if it had melted naturally and tenderly in my mouse. On top of it, I cannot describe you how well it went with mellow wine (Red). For your guidance, the Chef and Madam are born in the vicinity. They always say: “We are very particular about the use of local/fresh ingredients so as to make palatable food for clients”, which is their credo and something to live for. Meanwhile, the room light - brownish and dark orange color -, and serenity floating alone in the restaurant made us so relax and friendly that we could enjoy swapping fully old-heartwarming family stories each other, without any hesitation. 自家製酵母パンの上に生サラミと金柑ソースがかかっていて、甘味と塩味が クリーミーなチーズと合わさってさらに美味しい✨

マッシュルームソースのパッケリ、香りが良く濃厚なソースがとても美味しいので大きな筒状のショートパスタにとても合う✨

他にも蛤とカラスミのパスタや本日のカルパッチョなど美味しそうな料理が たくさんありました✨

とても丁寧に食材やメニューの説明を してくれるので、自分で好みのコースを仕立てる楽しみと、途中で量の確認もしてくれたり、シェアの割合まで聞いてくれてとても心のこもった対応に、感激です✨

木の温もりを感じられる店内で、ゆっくりと贅沢な時間を過ごせてとても満足なランチタイムでした✨ ランチとしては2人で2万は高いけど、食べると納得✨素材、味、組み合わせが感動で満足感がものすごく高い✨
