Highly recommend checking out Furin restaurant! The atmosphere was amazing and we were greeted with warm smiles despite being a little worn out (we had to rent bikes and ride about 6 miles to get here in 32C).
We were nervous about sitting because we were also wet from diving - but they gladly allowed us to dine!
My brother had the aji-fry (fried Spanish mackerel) and kastu set and I had the kaisendon.
The Kaisendon had a variety of fresh fish caught by the owner I believe( Kampachi, katsuo, Salmon, Hirame, snapper, and more that I was unsure of).

R40723土用の丑の日なのでふうりんさんへうなぎの蒲焼きを食べに行ったが、デカイのに臭く無く美味い本当に美味しいのである。〆さばも上手に〆ているのでうまい 久し振りに食事をさせていただいたが期待を裏切る事は当然の事無かった。今日はお別れのご挨拶にお邪魔したのですがお客様対応でご多忙中でしたのでまたご挨拶にお邪魔させていただきます。 前回投稿分ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー壱岐市石田町にある寿司、活魚料理店「ふうりん」さんへ夕食に行ったが、とても料理が美味しく店主も親切丁寧な方なので居心地良く楽しい時間を過ごせます。久し振りに素晴らしいお店に出逢うことになりました。料理は地元の新鮮な活魚なので当然の事ながら美味しくいただく事が出来ます。焼き物については丁度良い振り塩加減なので素材の味をうまく引き出している。鰻の蒲焼きは正真正銘の日本産であり近海で釣り上げたもので肉厚も厚くふっくらと上手に焼き上げてあり口に入れた時に臭みを感じる事は無く美味しくいただいた。シメ鯖は軽く酢締めされているので食べやすく此方も美味しくいただくことが出来た。店内は広くカウンター席から小部屋も沢山有り、宴会場など仲間同士の会合や催事によく利用されているようだ。価格帯も広く誰でも...
