Really cute bakery that's on a small hill. It's a bit out there to reach but really cutely decorated. There's an option to dine in or buy the pastries to go. We got the chocolate and berry muffin with the bagel. Both were very delicious. Owner was very friendly and the views from inside the cafe are pretty and nice. They have a parking lot at the bottom of the small hill but the road in is quite narrow and rocky. Price is quite decent...

こちらのお店に出会って以来、15年ほど通わせていただいています。いつもありがとうございます😌 自分が暮らすしまなみ大島で、「天然酵母を使ったハード系のパンを作られているお店があるよ！」と島の知人から教えてもらい、黒色をしたお手製のお店のチラシに書かれた地図を見ながら訪れると、素敵なお店と素敵なお店の方、素敵なお客様、そして美味しいパンが「わー！(^o^)」と勢揃いしていて、興奮しました。 そして、2024年の秋が訪れても変わらない良さと、自由自在に工夫を凝らされて変化している良さなどを感じることができて、幸せなひとときを過ごしています。 駐車場からお店へのアプローチに始まり、色んな美味しいパンとカフェスペースでの飲食、季節のフラワーアレンジメントや室内装飾、そしてお店の方との有り難い会話など、それぞ...

なかなか訪問が難しい立地ですが行く価値のあるお店です！！！！

平日ランチタイムに訪問。 パン屋利用の場合は入口付近にパンが置いているのでそこでお買物。 店内利用の場合はその旨を店員さんに伝えると席に案内してもらえます。

今回は看板メニューの「ペイザンバーガー」(950円)を注文。 10分ほどで料理が到着。

肉肉しい見た目！！！！ ソースもたっぷり！！！！！

トマトソースはトマトのコクがありました！ 酸味はそこまでなく濃厚な感じ！ お肉は肉肉しくてジューシー！ ピクルスは薄切りではなく厚め。 食感のアクセントにも、濃厚なソースとさっぱりしたピクルスが相まって最高…
