私は喜一のラーメンを皆様が絶賛する程 旨い思うてないので好みの問題かもですがよくあるフードコートやラーメンチェーン店のラードや油でコクを出した市販味とは違い塩気も丁度良くまずくはないです

磐越自動車道の猪苗代磐梯高原ＩＣに近接する道の駅 猪苗代。北には磐梯山、南には猪苗代湖を望める雄大なロケーションを一望できる。石窯ピザや会津牛ステーキ、地場産蕎麦等の地元グルメが充実している。こちらは高速道路から一時退出しても追加料金がかからない道の駅。 フードコートにある｢猪屋(いのや)｣は喜多方ラーメン人気店喜一の社長による指導のもと、製法や食材にイチからこだわりぬいたラーメンがイチ押し。ほかにも、会津名物ソースかつ丼、猪屋特製ポークカレー、ソフトクリームなどを販売する。店名は猪苗代の「猪」から付けたという。 休日の11時頃伺うと雪景色。見渡すとスキー帰りのお客さんが多いようだ。 券売機で食券を購入すると自動で注文が入るシステム。食券に書かれた番号が呼ばれたら取りに行く。 ＊しおラーメン700円 澄んだ透明なスープには油少々。麺は平打ち熟成多加水の太麺。トッピングはチャーシュー・メンマ・ナルト・刻みネギ。 喜多方ラーメンは豚骨＆煮干しの醤油スープが有名だが塩チョイス。 早速いただくと塩が効いたスープにツルっとした麺とのバランスが良い。しかもこの値段だから満足度が高い。
