Beautiful store with plenty of space and light, and they have a ton of parking! Staff is friendly, polite and quick to serve customers. Food and drink is the usual fare, BUT they have a Nitro Brew setup. Give that a try if you haven’t had it yet—yummy stuff! There’s a drive in if you’re in a hurry. 普段からスタバはよく利用しています。こちらの多良見店は50回以上は利用したはず。 毎回、ドライブスルーでの利用ですが、今回はあまりにも残念な応対でした。 ドライブスルーで限定の飲み物を注文した際、こちらとしてはトールサイズしか展開していない事は予め分かっていました。 店員さんに商品名と個数とトールでと伝えると、『こちらはトールしかないですのでー。』 と淡々とあしらわれた。クッション言葉とか使えないのか。 しかも、食べ物も注文するつもりでいたのに、勝手に『内容お間違えないか確認してくださーい』と、強制的に会計へ持っていかれる流れ。 連れが、『いや、後まだ頼みたいんですけど』と伝えると、謝罪もなしだし、ご注文は以上で宜しいでしょうか？の確認もせずに会計画面出してくるのは失礼ですよ。 色々なスタバに足を運んできましたが、こんなに不快になったのは初めてです。 その女性、淡々とし過ぎていてスタバの接客スタイルや雰囲気とは、とてもかけ離れている方ですね。言葉に余裕や温かみゼロ、歓迎の気持ち皆無。 コンビニとかファストフードの接客に居そうな感じ。 新人という不慣れな感じではなかったので、慣れすぎてテキトーな接客しか出来ない社員なのでしょうか。50回以上利用していて初めて見た人でした。 とにかく残念で不愉快。次もそ...
