Lima 18 — Restaurant in Isesaki

We came in a group for dinner with family from Australia and we were treated badly. The waitress seemed annoyed and not happy to be there. We waited a long time and there weren't a lot of people besides us. She yelled at the chef loudly.

The food wasn't great. The Lomo Saltado was salty and had lot's of french fries but little meat, and I believe the Anticuchos was pre-cooked as it was dry and had a weird smell to it. The Pollo a La Brasa was dry, burnt and salty. The Jalea was ok but over priced. This is due to the one piece of crab which is highly unnecessary.

The place was ok but it was warm. As we finished the meal and paid, there was no "Thank you for coming!" Nothing. We stayed outside and talked and they turned off the lights outside. Basically saying stop talking and go home.

Honestly such a shame to experience poor customer service and poor food. Will not recommend and will definitely...

The food (ceviche, parihuela and roasted chicken) was delicious, but waiting time was too long. It felt like the AC was broken ‘cause it was cold inside. The ventilation system didn’t work well…the room was full of smoke. Servers forgot to bring the salad, extra plates and beverages… but they look really busy and I noticed they were doing their best, so I couldn’t cancel the last order. I was about to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. It would be great if you hire more people in the BOH and in the FOH, so dinners can have a wonderful experience at your...
