高秀牧場ミルク工房 — Restaurant in Isumi

Have been living in Chiba more than 9yrs , we were not knowing this beautiful farm until today. Looking for a coffee shop opens and available at 10am in the week day is difficult. This beautiful setting farm is deep inside of Isumi, peaceful and quiet, full of animals farms smells 🥹. Large open lands, Is this Vermont in Chiba Ken? They were top winner of many cheese competitions.. lovely and big surprise to find out this dairy-coffee shop. Need to drive to get there. There is a sign by the road so easy to follow. There are other farms around this farm across the street. They’ve got a parking lot for around ten cars. The cafe has a meal set as well as some desserts like gelato, cheese, and cakes. Some famous people’s signatures mounted on the wall inside the cafe. The terrace is also nice. 外房への旅行の時に立ちよりました。 観光牧場ではないため、動物と触れ合ったりすることはできませんが、 牧場で取れたチーズの販売やジェラートやチーズをふんだんに使ったピザなどをいただくことができます。

滞在時間はそんなに長い時間は不要ですので、外房や南房総へ旅行へ行くときに立ち寄るにはとても良いと思います。

■施設：牧場の一角に加工品の販売をしているお店があり、 そこで、チーズやピザ、ジェラートなどが買えます。 外のテラス席などでいただくこともできます。 テラス席からは牛さんが見れます。

壁一面に牛の生涯や酪農についての記載があり、 酪農について一生懸命考えているのが伝わります。

■その他 ・牧場と言っても千葉なので標高も高くなく暑かったです。 ・牧場体験も行っているようで、これを目的に来られている方も 多くいらっしゃいました。

■食べ物の感想 ・ピザ マルゲリータ 1,500円 トマトソースが濃厚で、チーズもそれに負けないぐらい 濃厚な存在感を出しており、バランスの取れた美味しいピザでした

・ピザ クアトロフォルマッジ 1,800円 4つのチーズが混ざってくるのかと思ったら、 4つのチーズがそれぞれ1/4ずつ味わえるものでした。 ブルーチーズやフレッシュなチーズなど4種類が味わえます。 チーズの上にたくさんのはちみつがかけられているので、 美味しかったです。
