Order the Omakase with wine pairing. Excellent local, seasonal food paired with Japanese wine. There are three amazing workers. The father is a master chef and the son is a chef and sommelier. The third worker is an exceptionally kind and patient waitress who took the time to translate our comments and appreciation from English into Japanese. We had a special first night in Nō after a long travel day that left us thinking we did not have much energy to go out. I say this because we felt at home at Itsuki and instantly welcomed.
