Read that Izumi is the "Chicken Town" and the unique "Oyako Steak Gohan" is a must try. We ordered 1 set and some other dishes. We are given an instruction on how to prepare our set. We made sure our chicken meats are well grilled since we don't take raw. The chicken meats are most fresh, and so are the eggs - the LL egg which is a two yolks egg, and the egg used in the soup. We had a very satisfying, unique dinner of chicken and eggs. LOL. How i wish I could buy a box of LL eggs home to make half boil eggs for...

遅めの初詣、当たりをつけてたお店の1 つ(⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠) お参りの時間と移動時間が合わずに駆け込んだのですが快く受け入れて下さいました(⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠) ちなみにこちら味処魚松さんのランチ目玉は paineランチ（平日限定、前日要予約） いずみ親子ステーキごはん ですが、、、 残念ながら13:30過ぎに来店でしたのでステーキご飯は断念、当然前日予約なしでしたので、、、 でも、次は絶対食べます୧⁠(⁠ ⁠˵⁠ ⁠°⁠ ⁠~⁠ ⁠°⁠ ⁠˵⁠ ⁠)⁠୨ 、、、で、相方と、 南国元気鶏チキンカツ定食 真鯛のあら炊き定食をchoice！ 結果、とてもとても見た目良く、味わい良く、彩り良く、かつ美味しかったです(⁠◡⁠ ⁠ω⁠ ⁠◡⁠) あら炊きはとてもあっさり！　鯛のビンタが半身とあら炊きの添え野菜に青菜、じゃがいも、さつま芋、茄子、人参。　ひと手間加えられ油通しされたおイモはふっくら。　茄子は切れ目を入れてある、人参は丁度良い硬さ 加えて、 お漬物も歯ごたえと音がイイ！ 卯の花の和え物はキビナゴ？の甘酢和えが和えてありパサつきがなくシットリ。 タコの煮物は根菜にもしっかりあっさりな味がついててかつタコが柔らか(⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠) お味噌汁はお出汁が美味しく味わい深い。 お出汁は魚でとってるとの事。 ご飯もお代わりしてしまい、満足なお味でした〜 ちなみに元気鶏ですが適度な弾力と噛むと小味が出ます。　鶏は苦手ですがクセも無く臭いも無く、ジューシーで美味！ お会計の時にお姉さんがキビナゴを指で捌いていましたが昔、鮮魚コーナーで仕事してたときの事を思い出しました(⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠) 結構面倒臭いんですよ、カタクチイワシとキビナゴは指で捌くと見崩れしやすいし骨に沿って指を滑らせるのってᕙ⁠(⁠⇀⁠‸⁠↼⁠‶⁠)⁠ᕗ 卯の花寿司の話を教えてもらったりなど美味しく、楽しく過ごせたお店です(⁠◡⁠ ⁠ω⁠ ⁠◡⁠) また出水に行った時は宜しくお願いしますね！

I tried the Chicken steak rice egg set here and they were very delicious. The owner also taught and showed me the ingredients of each dish as well as how to eat them.
