菖蒲学園内にあるベーカリー。石臼で挽いた全粒粉を使ったパン以外にもクッキーも作っている。地元の人以外にも人気が高く、早めに行かないと、売り切れるパンが多い。 ここの最大の特徴は、毎日内容が変わる、利用者手書きの看板。アート活動で知られる場所なだけに、メッセージの中にも芸術性を感じられる。ついに看板の写真集「カリヨン営...

接客が素敵でした。 チョコパンは、クロワッサン生地ではなくクリームパンみたいな外見。チョコはヌテラっぽいのではなく、板チョコっぽくもなくクーベルチュールを溶かしてから使っていると話されてました。少し蜂蜜っぽい味わいがありました（私感）。 他のパンとクッキーもいくつか...
