貴店を利用させていただいた際の対応について、ご意見をお伝えさせていただきます。

入店時に空席があったため、子どもを座らせてからレジに並び、すでに注文をしていたところ、店員の方から「先に注文されたお客様の席がないので、外の席に移動するか待つように」と言われました。

しかし、店内には席がなくても、外には空席がありました。そのため、席がないお客様に対して外の席を案内するのが自然ではないかと思います。私たちは先に席を確保しており、特に「注文後に席を取る」というルールが明示されていなかったため、この対応に違和感を覚えました。

もし店舗として「注文後に席を取るルール」があるのであれば、事前に案内が必要ではないでしょうか。また、そうでない場合は、先に座ったお客様の席を確保するのが公平な対応かと思います。
