Tousuibou is a cozy organic off-the-grid restaurant surrounded by a beautiful garden. The roast beef was delicious and all the tiny side dishes including the unique salad complemented the taste in the most suitable way. 自然素材の美味しい料理と花いっぱいの庭を楽しめるガーデンレストラン「陶酔房ー」さんに妻と娘で行ってきました。 屋内からは日本庭園を楽しめますが、気候も良いことから外で食事を楽しみました。コロナ禍にあっても、感染症対策もとられており、何より屋外のテーブルは安心して食事も庭も楽しめました。きっとピーク時には予約が必要なのだと思います。 お茶は、よもぎなどの健康を意識したお茶だそうです。全員が違う料理を注文しましたが、いずれも素材にまでこだわりを感じる料理で、美味しくいただきました。 牛肉は地元の山上畜産のお肉だそうです。こちらのお肉屋さんも私のお気に入りのお店で、お祝いの時に美味しいお肉を買いに行きます。 卵は、地元の上郡高校生が育てた新鮮卵を使用しているそうです。 地元の自然素材を大切にし、地元の活性化も想いえがいて、この地にレストランをオープンされたそうで、庭も奥さまが一人で作り上げられています。 そのようなお話を伺った時に、新婚旅行で訪れたカナダのブッチャートガーデンを思い出しました。妻とゆっくりと流れる静かな時間と料理を楽しんできました。おすすめのお店ですので、皆さんもぜひ訪れてみてください。 お土産用の２度びっくりプリンも美味にびっくり。弟夫婦も今までに食べたプリンで一番美...
