One of the best pizzas ive had in Japan!After 3 years in Japan i have finally found a pizza place foreigners can truly enjoy!! I received a warm welcome from all the staff members upon my arrival. The bread and pizza is made from 100% Organic methods. I went on a saturday, when the lunch is “all you can eat” /Tabehoudai soup, various styles of tasty bread and pizza. The pizza is made in front of you in a natural wood oven and comes out crispy fresh !! The shop also offers detailed explanations of how each ingredient is sourced etc. and each of the organic ingredients. On the day i went the vegetable ingredients used in the pizza were harvested fresh from a nearby farm ! I will be returning soon to enjoy some more wholesome...

個人的に好きなパン屋さんです。 要望があるとすれば、無添加マーガリンではなくバター、オリーブオイルといった自然界に存在するもので代用ができたらなと思います。 無添加なので乳化剤などが使われてない安心な材料からできたマーガリンなのかもしれませんが加工した油脂を添加するより自然なものを使う方が安心なのでは？と思いました。水素添加された油脂を使うと言うことはどんな原料であれ、あまり好ましくないのでは?と個人的には思います。 無添加とはいえ油を加工したマーガリンに比べたら菜種油、オリーブオイル、米油、たった一つの油でもパンは作れます。 いくつかの油を掛け合わせてマーガリンにする必要性はないと思います。

体に優しいパン、原材料にこだわるのであれば加工したものより自然な材料をつかう、そういったパンもあっていいのかなと思います。コスト的にもバターより安価な為仕方ないのかもしれませんが…。 ただ、味はとてもおいしいですし、それらを使わないパンも...
