Piccolo — Restaurant in Kamishihoro

The restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We had two counter seats for dinner and were able to watch the chef prepare our dishes. We chose two starters and two pasta dishes. As a Swiss, Foodie and neighbour of Italy, I have some experience with Italian cuisine. The dishes were very authentic and cooked with a lot of love. お洒落な雰囲気のお店でしたので夕食に利用。この日はトマトソースのスパゲッティを注文しましたが、アルデンテの麺だったので固目が好きな私にはおいしく感じられました。メニューは豊富なので次回行くときは他の料理も注文したいです。 残念な所は一人で切り盛りしていたので忙しいのは分かりますが、水が出るのが遅かった。カウンター席に着いてから12分ほど待ったが一向に来ない。あまりに来ないので水はセルフサービスなのかと確認しましたが、「少々お待ちください」と一言。結局料理の出る直前に水が来ました。調理で優先順位があることは承知しておりますが、水ぐらい蛇口をひねる若しくは冷蔵庫からピッチャーを取り出し注ぐだけなのだから...
