Fuku Sushi — Restaurant in Kamitonda

I've been living in Japan for just over 3.5 years. This was the first time eating crab in Japan and let me tell you, it is fantastic. This restaurant is operated by the second generation family who definitely take pride in what they do. The attention to detail and how they preserve the natural flavours is superb. The inviting atmosphere brought by the smiling welcome and perfectly illuminated traditional meets modern taste. The price is in the affordable side and the freshness is second to none. The colours of the presentation displayed was very pleasing, as you would expect at a high-end restaurants found in the metropolis areas of Japan. 最初の料理が出てくるまでに、25分待たされました。その後も15分は２品目が来なかったです。もう2度と行きません。 平日でそんなに混んで無かったですが、寿司屋にしては時間がかかり過ぎです。 味も不味くは無いですが、けして特別美味しいわけではなかったです。 シャリも古かったです。 さらに、トイレに手を拭くタオルが無かった。紙もなかったです。
