Wonderful little bakery with a strong commitment to using local produce. Lots of interesting taste combinations - seaweed and sourdough anyone? Good place to pick up baked goods for breakfast or things to snack on while out and about exploring Kamiyama. The restaurant next door didn't have any vegetarian options on the menu, but allowed me to eat some breads from this bakery at their counter with a cup of coffee (I wasn't permitted to use a table though).

おしゃれなパンと自然派食材のお店。 毎年4月〜5月にかけて登場するよもぎローフが絶品。香り高くモチモチで、よもぎ餅を食べているような感覚です。何もつけなくてもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。たくさん買って冷凍し、少しずつ楽しんでいます。 スタッフさんは愛想なし。移住されてきた方が多そうですが、神山嫌いなのかな？と心配になります…。 あと、自然の中にあるお店なので、店内にハエやコバエが飛んでいることが多いのが気になります。パンは剥き出しの状態なので、もちろん結構とまってます。スタッフさんは知らんふり。一つずつ袋に入れるか、カバーをかけるかしてほしいです。

A small hidden gem In the small town of Kamiyama. This small bakery has a super High quality for both savory and sweet pastry and also amazing bread. They also sell some natural wine and other drinks which makes the perfect place to spot buy to buy all you need for a nice pic-nic.
