Wow, so I went here with a group of friend RIGHT at opening- 11:00 AM and there were lines of people out the door waiting. We went in and managed to score seats. I've never had Chinese dumplings, but as soon as you walk in, it smells funky- my guess is shortening? Anyway, we got the "white dumplings" which are practically deep fried frozen dumplings in a skillet, and the crunch, the texture! is good! We also got cucumber pickles, which weren't as sour as you'd expect :\ (I like tangy pickles!). I personally liked the "grilled dumplings"- maybe because you can see them make it right there and it's more about the filling than the deep fried dough. We wanted to try the "soup dumplings", but they said it'd take 20 minutes to make, so we passed on it since we had already eating everything else by then. Since they're open till 2 AM, this is definitely a good idea for drunk...
Read more昔から金沢に居た事のある人からよく耳にしていた【第7餃子】。 なんだかんだ毎回金沢へ来る時は、弥助さんやらまつ家さんやらと金沢の知人が様々なお店へ案内してくれていたので、ここへ来るタイミングがなかなかありませんでした。
今回、知人に伝えていた日程より1日早目に金沢へ来たため1日フリー。なので、金沢5回目?の訪問にして初来訪です。 空港に着いて真っ直ぐここへ向かい、到着が土曜日の10:40ごろ。すでに21人待ち。 22、23番目に並びました。
3月というのに雪がたまにちらつきつつの強風の中11時オープンを待ちます。
オープン時間に扉が開くも、このご時世検温と手指消毒、そして何故かそれぞれのグループを少し待たせてからのゆっくり案内で、なかなか列は進みません。
カウンターはソーシャルディスタンスを守るため、かなり間引かれており17人目くらいで満席になり、私たち含めて8人程が中待ちの椅子で待機。
私たちのうしろの方は、また外で待たされていました。
さらに待つ事20分程で席に案内されました。

But the fact is that they are calling NO.34 and mine is NO.43. I asked them if I could wait inside until it’s my turn (as it’s close already) but seems they were not happy with that and didn’t want me to continue waiting there as they knew I’m a foreigner. They showed impoliteness and were kind of rude I would say. I’m not sure if they are racists or not but they are definitely unfriendly to me. I would never go there again and don’t recommend you guys...
