Vital Coffee — Restaurant in Kanazawa

This remote coffee shop is a gem. The place is made with woods, gives the old lodge house in the woods. The interior is decorated with artistic things relates to coffee making and production.

The coffees are unique. They blend the coffee with some minerals. I tried coffee with silika. According to them it has some healing properties. It costs around 700 yen (5 usd). We also had their pizza. Surprisingly fresh and taste good! It was a simple tomato pizza with basil in it. The place is near to skiing ground and the camping site.

The owner and staff are lovely people. They engage with their customers with conversation. I like that.

Will definitely go again. I don’t know if they have non-cash option. But it is better to...

金沢の山奥、医王山にひっそりとあるコーヒー博士のカフェ。 カフェと言うかメニューはコーヒしかございませんが😂

究極のコーヒー？目指した結果が水素と過熱水蒸気で焙煎したというぶっ飛んだ生い立ちのコーヒー飲むことができます。むしろそれしか飲むことができません😂😂 色々面白すぎるお店です。水素取り扱うから爆発の危険あってこの場所に建ってるとか😂 水素水で淹れたコーヒーも金沢大の偉い教授作と言われると急にありがたくなるところがすごい。

お店はウッディなログハウスで、BGMに地元ラジオがかかってる感じでおしゃれなような田舎のような。 コーヒー、豆の種類は謎。水素焙煎。豆のテイクアウトもできます。 730円だっけ。たしかそれぐらい。ただしテイクアウトできるのは水素焙煎の非酸化コーヒー豆だけで頭が良くなるかもしれないテアニンコーヒーはドリップパックのみ買って帰れます。 受験生の方や資格勉強中の方のお土産にいいかも★

で、肝心の珈琲の味ですがなんとも言えない不思議な味。 スッキリ深煎りのようなそうでないような。一口目は青臭さが少し感じられたのですが その後はすんなり飲めた。少し温度が下がったときのほうが個人的には美味しく感じた不思議なコーヒーです。

場所が場所でメニューもーコーヒーしかないので 完全に物好きな人向けのお店であることには間違いないですが コーヒーが好きなら1度は行って見る価値...
