Domino's Pizza Kawagoe Isehara — Restaurant in Kawagoe

Made an order at 8pm by 10pm it had not arrived — a full 2 hours later. When I called, the server was curt, unapologetic for the delay, and did not offer any solutions. It took a while for them to even find my order, and even longer to go through with cancelling it (because they said it would arrive at 11pm).

TL;DR is do not order from this store, horrible customer service. Second time this has happened to me. If they did not want to take my order then they should have informed me...

I loved their Shrimp Mayo Pizza! I got the Thin crust and it was absolutely delicious! The service was SUPER FAST! I wish they had a better sitting arrangement though for dining in! That would make it the best...

何度か宅配サービスを利用しています。 配送指示に毎回、｢玄関扉の宅配BOXの中へお願いします｣と指示しているにも関わらず、地ベタに置いた状態で立ち去る配達員の人に腹立たしさを覚えます。 地ベタに置き配するような、他の宅配サービスの会社を私は知りません。 仮にも食品です。酷いときは、雨で濡れた地面に、そのまま放置してあったこともあり、さすがに嫌気がさして、その時はキャンセルしました。 このような簡単な配送指示も聞けないようでは、食品の生産製造過程で、何か異常があったとしても、そのまま見過ごされて出されているのでは？と勘繰られてしまっても無理はないのではないでしょうか。 そんな杜撰な管理体制では、小さなクレームが増えていき、やがて全体に波及していくと想像できます。 売上が低迷していて閉鎖した店舗も多いと、ニュースで知りましたが、私も含め、他の方達のクレームも誠心誠意の対応とサービス改善に役...
