Burger Barn — Restaurant in Kin

Delicious hamburgers and cheeseburgers are available for selection from menus written in both Japanese and English. My favorite happened to be a Bacon Cheeseburger topped with onions, mushrooms, tomato, and lettuce. All toppings are free. The burgers are made using 100% Ishigaki beef, which many consider to be a delicacy on this island. Takeout is the recommended way to go, during Coronavirus times, as the establishment is small, with just two tables for seating. Yen, US Dollars and credit cards are accepted. The quality of meat makes this the best tasting hamburger in town and beats many of the award winning burgers I’ve had on other areas of the island. As small as the operation is, handicapped or families with strollers would be advised to do takeout or use the table outdoors. When this restaurant becomes popular, I predict, it will relocate to a larger building in an area where more parking spaces...

GOOD BURGERS but unfortunately the fries were too greasy and the kitchen fryer didn't seem to have been cleaned for a long while. When we arrived, the cook was finishing up a to-go order so it took a while to get to us, understandable since it seemed like she was the only one back there. She took our order very attentively. The burgers were done well, seasoned nicely with toppings. She even accommodated our dietary restrictions with a lettuce-wrapprd burger! The fries, unfortunately, did not turn out well. Long wait - The food wasn’t terrible. My burger was a little over seasoned but my BFs wasn’t. It’s not too bad but we were told it’d be a 25min wait and it ended up being over an hour. Oh, also there was a weird dynamic with the people running it. They seemed like they were maybe arguing and the guy left and wasn’t helping inside, maybe that’s why it took so long. We could have caught them on a bad night. Maybe try it, but we probably won’t come back. Oh Farm lab in Ginoza has really good burgers if that’s what you’re looking for they’re just not...
