Hiroshimaya — Restaurant in Kitakyushu

九州共立大学に勤務するようになってからずっと利用させていただいてます。変わらない味が嬉しいお店です。お好み焼きや焼きそばが美味しいのは有名ですが、個人的に推したいのは「ねぎ焼き」と「地鶏焼き」「豚焼き」です。ねぎ焼きには醬油とソースがありますが、私は醬油派です。たっぷりのネギを小麦粉に溶いて焼くのですが、卵も入っていて食べ応えありますよ。地鶏焼きと豚焼きは単品ですが、ご飯と味噌汁を付けて定食にするのがおすすめです。そして，味噌汁は絶品です。専門店よりも濃厚で美味しいですよ。

I have been using this restaurant since I started working at Kyushu Kyoritsu University. I am glad to see that the taste of the restaurant has not changed. The okonomiyaki and yakisoba are famous for their deliciousness, but I personally recommend the negiyaki, the jidoriyaki, and the pork yaki. Negiyaki is available with either shoyu or sauce, but I prefer shoyu. It is made by grilling a generous amount of scallions in flour, and the egg is also included in the batter, making it a very satisfying dish. You can get a good serving of Hiroshima okonomiyaki for a pretty affordable price. Miya-san and Mama-san are so kind, casually chatting with customers. It has a homey atmosphere. Will come back here...
