Great quality 🍣 sushi. You basically grab food from the conveyer belt or you order via an order sheet. Dishes come with color coded plates. English, Thai, Chinese russian menu available. Try the eel, and fried squid it's super yum. There's free WiFi and green tea refill at your station. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is conducive for kids as well. What I find lacking maybe the vegetable options on the menu.

トリトン北見店に初めて訪れましたが、期待以上のおいしさに驚きました。平日にもかかわらずかなり賑わっており、さすが地元でも評判のお店だと実感しました。少し待ち時間がありましたが、それも納得のクオリティでした。 特に感動したのがホタテとマグロ。ホタテは分厚く、口に入れた瞬間に広がる甘みと旨味がとにかくすごい。まるで海の恵みをそのまま味わっているような新鮮さで、普段食べるホタテとは全然違いました。あまりの美味しさに、一皿だけでは物足りずおかわりしてしまったほどです。 マグロも文句なしのクオリティで、赤身はねっとりとした旨味がありながらもくどさがなく、上品な味わい。中トロは脂がとろけるようで、口の中でスッと溶けていく感覚がたまりませんでした。ここまで新鮮で濃厚なマグロをこの価格で味わえるのは、本当にありがたいです。 店内の活気も良く、職人さんが次々と目の前で握ってくれるので、食べる楽しみと同時に見て楽しむワクワク感もありました。ネタの種類も豊富で、ついつい手が伸びてしまい、気がついたらかなりの皿数になってしまっていました。 そして締めに選んだトロタク。これがまた最高でした。脂の乗ったトロと、ポリポリ食感のたくあんの相性が絶妙で、濃厚なのにさっぱり。最後の一貫にふさわしい満足感で、口の中に幸せを残してくれました。 全体的に見てもネタの新鮮さ、職人さんの腕、接客の丁寧さなど、すべてが高レベルで、回転寿司の域を超えていると感じました。ただ、かなり混み合うので、オープン直後やアイドルタイムに行くのがおすすめです。次回はぜひ他のネタもいろいろ試してみたいと思います。北見に行くたびに立ち寄りたくなる、そんなお店でした。

Great conveyer belt sushi, without the conveyer belt during Covid. Get the English menu or practice your kana/kanji on the ordering pad. Either way it’s delicious, especially the seared and salted nigiri sushi (塩) and the tuna and salmon served with mountain...
