Kura Sushi — Restaurant in Kofu

My favourite sushi chain! Personally, my favourite chain in the Sakaori area. I come quite often. The dishes are reasonably priced, there is always a good menu and the quality of the matcha is also good. Ordered plates only take a few minutes to arrive.

Can get busy at peak times, so plan ahead if you don’t want to wait a bit. I usually come by myself, so I always end up getting seated quickly.

Their summer seasonal menu at the moment has great choices, such as the seasonal seafood bowl. I think it was approximately ¥550, and a very good price for the portion size and taste!

前に22:00以降に入店した際に、22:30頃だったかな?サイドメニューのラストオーダーを聞かれて 『今パネルで注文入れるから大丈夫』 女性店員さん「あ、わかりました」 とやり取り直後パネルでサイドを注文。 数分後、裏から男性店員が出てきてもう時間を過ぎてたから注文は受けれないとのこと。

さっきやり取りをした際に注文をしたことを説明したけれど、「片付けてしまったので」と言われたら何だか頭にきて引き下がる気がなくなった。

最終的には「じゃあ作ります」と言って厨房へ戻って行ったが、はっきり言って対応が悪すぎて責任者不在に出来るほど従業員の教育が行き届いていない。

他にもまだ厨房から「めんどくせーな!！」と聞こえてきたり、びっくらポンとやらが実施選択の不可能な時に、出てきたカプセルをそのままにしておいたら「放置しないで下さい！」と怒られたことがあったり

祖父と一緒に訪れた際には、あまり味の濃い物が苦手だからうな丼のタレを少な目にして欲しいと頼んだら、厨房から出てきた店員に量は決まりだから出来ないと言われたり(後日、本部に報告と要望をしたところ上阿原店の店長から謝罪と対応可能な旨の連絡が届きました) …と長くなってしまったが、兎にも角にも厨房のクルーのレベルを一刻も早く上げて欲しい もちろん全員ではないと思うし、ホールのクルーは好感の持てる対応をしてくれた...
