We went on a monday night. Due to the pandemic, no tourist and quite quiet, but we known it has been a very popular place from the reviews and publicity! The all you can eat menu was very tempting and at a great price. However We ordered the a la Carter menu, just a small set as we were not that hungry, but the lady owner gave us a huge set! Very tasty, but we couldnt even finish it! At the end of the dinner, she even gave us a lot of snacks as presents and omiyage! Super nice lady! My party loved the all you can eat Omi Beef which was served sukiyaki style. Of course everyone loves all you can drink bottled beer. Although everyone paid a hefty amount, here were some things that could've made things a bit better. Having rice, and tofu would ease the flavors but The restaurant tried their best to accommodate my vegetarian needs, but it's an all you can eat Beef place so I cannot complain too much. 8,000円は高すぎだと言うのが実感。 とにかく接遇が最悪！ 私たちはもう二度と来ないし、誰にも紹介もしないという結論になりました。

⚫まず入店しても、玄関で会計の人と帰る人でごった返しているためか、こちらから大声で言うまで気がついてもらえません。

⚫とにかく全て時間がかかる ・席に着いてからも、なかなか材料が来 なくて、何かしないと行けないのか戸 惑ってしまうくらい時間がかかりまし た。 ・広い店内を女性の店員さんがウロウロ していて(ちゃんと順路が決まっている わけではない)、その人がそばに来た 時に声をかけるか、店内中に聞こえる くらいの大声を出さないと注文できま せん。 ・客が沢山いてざわざわしている中で、 注文をするのは至難の業でした。 カセットボンベが途中で切れて、これ を頼むのも時間がかかり、取り替える 時も「申し訳ありません」の一言もあ りません。残量を調べ ておきません か？と言いたくなりました。 ・結局、待ち時間が長くてお腹が膨れた 感じでした。 ・同席した娘は「食べ放題の悪どい店の やり口」だと苦笑。テーブルチャイム を置かないのも、そのやり口なのかな と...
