DOES NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. After driving in crazy fog and rain on barely recognisable roads for 30 minutes we were turned away. Second photo is of the "road" I got to drive back home for another 30 minutes.

As a tourist we are very time limited. So unlike your local clients, we can not come back another night. If you refuse us we have to move on. We don't speak your language, nor is it easy to have access to a Japanese phone, so we can't just call ahead. What we can usually do is wait until a table becomes available. Perhaps you could provide some chairs, or even ask people to stand on their feet and wait until a table becomes available. I have waited on plenty of restaurants in Japan and at home in this way.

The staff was really not interested at first place & they charged me 400¥ for water, which I felt was bit too much. Usually in Japan you don’t pay for water at all. After that, I ordered my food & then the staff comes & tells me there is table charge which was not written anywhere.
I really don’t think the reviews on Google is true!
