けっこう辺鄙な場所にあり、お店の隣に駐車場6.7台停めれるスペースがあります。 お店の前は駐車禁止みたいです。 平日の13時頃、先客1組だけ、空いていました。 ニラ塩焼きそば700円を注文。 おでんも1本100円で売ってます。

店内は狭く、カウンター席と小上がり。 鉄板が目の前のカウンターに座り、お相撲さんのような恰幅のいいお兄さんが作ってくれました。 作り方を見ているだけでも楽しい。 5分ぐらいで完成、ニラがたっぷり。 麺は中太で量少なめ、断然ニラの量がまさっています。 味付けは絶妙な塩加減、イカと豚肉も入ってます。 とっても美味しい、ビール片手に食べたくなります。 運転なので、我慢。 レモンをかけて食べると、また酸味...
