Everything about our visit to Natural Cafe was absolutely wonderful. The cafe itself is charming and rustic, with a very warm, homey, and inviting atmosphere both outdoors and indoors. If you sit outside, you have a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountains. It's away from the city and the residential areas, which makes the place feel very secluded and closer to nature. It was very quiet and peaceful, which made us appreciate the gorgeous views even more. There are dining areas that are also dog runs, which are large fenced off gardens with seating for both eating and lounging (there were tables, chairs, benches in the fenced area), and you can safely leave your dog to roam free without a leash while you dine. These areas were very spacious and large! We were a group of five with a very active medium-sized dog and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My dog had so much fun running free! He also found a very old tennis ball and was very happy about it.
The food was magnificent: The salad and soup that came before our meal were delicious and I highly recommend the ginger pork that most of us ordered. The married couple that own the cafe are extremely kind and sweet and we had a great time speaking with them and getting to know them. They were so nice and accommodating and the food and atmosphere was well worth it. We did not feel the time at all during our stay because it was so lovely! It was a sunny winter day in December, so even with the cold air we were very warm and happy outdoors. We are definitely coming back here as many times as we can! This place is a necessary pit-stop for anyone visiting Yamanashi, especially if you have a dog. Thank you for the...

I got lost in conversation with the couple that I stayed longer than I was planning on. Had the veal hamburger, which was so tender and juicy with the perfect match of the gravy. Would love to visit again if I'm passing through or around...
