Hanazen — Restaurant in Kunigami

The food here is absolutely amazing. We had the 2 sashimi plate, the chicken wings, the miso sashimi plate, a fish cooked in butter, a high ball and a lemon sour.

The sashimi was delicious and fresh. The flavors were mild, fresh and addictive.

These chicken wings were incredible. I’ve never been served chicken wings butterflied on a skewer. They were crispy, juicy and full of flavor.

The miso sashimi was so full of flavor and the chili sake they provided as a condiment has a major kick.

The fish cooked in butter was also delicious. The meat was delicate and light and the skin was crispy.

Overall this restaurant was a 10 out of 10.
