沖縄そば、「三枚豚そば」。過去3度の沖縄訪問で、一度も「おいしい」と思えなかった、口に合わなかった？沖縄そば・・・なのだが、肉そばなら美味しさ感じられるかと思いチャレンジ。ちょっと迷って、三枚肉そばをチョイス。角煮系の肉の旨味が合わさると、美味しさ感じるかな～と期待。綺麗に層をなした豚角煮・肉はとってもおいしかった。しかし、しかし、麺は・・・・ぼそぼそとした食感は、何と表現したらよいか・・・スープはシンプルで旨味を感じるものの、麺の強さにちょっと負けているような・・・要するに、札幌ラーメンに慣れきってしまっている自分には、やっぱり「美味しさを感じられない」という結果だった。惨敗。なんども食べつけると、きっと美味しさ感じられるんだろうなぁ・・・沖縄滞在中にもう一度チャレンジしてみるか。（笑

いのぶた肉そばをいただきました。太ちぢれ麺で美味しかったです。もやしが山盛りで胡椒が効いた沖縄そばは、この地域の老舗から受け継がれた定番なんだと思います。中南部にはない沖縄そばなので、土地を楽しんでいる感じがあって嬉しい一品でした。じゅーしーも優しい味でした。ソーキそばもいただきました。あっさりでコクのあるスープで美味しかったです。麺は太さがまちまちでした自家製麺ぽい見た目でした。いの豚丼がとても美味しいとのことで、次回いただきたいです。店員さんがとても親切でした。
