Totoya's prices seem more reasonable than its neighbors, who are charging ¥500-900 for a single skewer of seafood. The enticing photos of a donburi overflowing with a solid layer of Uni for ¥1,560 seems like a steal. But then you're served a bowl that's not even half full. Talk about bait and switch.
