A homey restaurant with good service and which serves generous portions! We enjoyed everything we ordered and would happily come back if in Hiruzen.
Menu: Lady boss has an English menu that is meticulously translated, and even includes the ingredients and sauce base for each dish. This made ordering a breeze!
Food: TASTY! Ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted like they were cooked with alot of care. We got three dishes to share between the two of us.
Hiruzen yakisoba, a local favourite, was a solid miso based dish that had tender chicken chunks.
Genghis Khan don, which was lamb with cabbage and carrot stir fry. We were told that lamb is a Hiruzen specialty, and were very glad we tried it. It was tender, well seasoned and not gamey at all!
We also ordered a chicken karaage to share, which was beautifully seasoned with salt and pepper. We did not miss mayonnaise one bit.

Jersey beef is also a must order. It’s tender and melts in the...
