木曜日定休 10時30分~16時00分 駐車場/トイレ/喫煙所有り 駐車場が凄く広く建物の雰囲気もあり R482からも出入りしやすい 「蒜山焼きそば」や「ホルモン焼きそば」が有名なお店...

ツーリング途中に立ち寄りました。 日曜日、開店は10時30分と思いますが、到着は10時27分、“少し早かったかなー”と思いつつバイクを停めてよく見ると既に開店。

ほぼ満席状態の中、運良く待たずに着席出来ました。

初めての蒜山焼きそば、注文も迷いましたが 蒜山焼きそば単品をオーダー。 以前のレビューで定食にする方がほとんどと見てましたが、この後のツーリング先でいろいろ食べたかったのであえて単品！

10分足らずで届いた蒜山焼きそばは味噌だれの香ばし香り！ その段階で美味しいに決まってるやん！…と確信しましたw

もちもちの麺、これはきっと焼く時のスチームの加減が絶妙なんやと思います。 具はシンプルながら鶏の風味も感じられます。

味噌だれもしっかりしてるのに感じるそれはきっと素材の良さなんやろなーって感じながら食べてました。

お支払いはPayPayも可能でした。 思わず味噌だれの持ち帰りもしてしまったw

11時すぎ…お客さまは待ち状態やったことも付け加えておきます。

シンプルながらそれぞれの具材のバランスの良さを感じた蒜山焼きそば。

開店前に着いて一番入店。丁寧な接客。【あさぜん焼きそば】黄身とろり。シャキシャキキャベツ。追加の焼きそばのたれあります。テーブル席と座敷で28席ほど有る。席はとても清潔です。各テーブルにお冷ポット・手拭きティッシュ・一味を置いてます。店内にお手洗いあります。店内禁煙。屋外(母屋玄関軒)に喫煙所あります。
