Let me start by stating that these are Professionals. 4 people working in tight space, interacting so harmoniously, with fluidity of movement. The atmosphere friendly yet quiet.

I sat at the counter in awe, witnessing masters in action. Each order so impressively built, and with minimal waste. There's cooking with love, and then there's mastery of craft.

Even if you don't necessarily like the dish, go dine at this restaurant just to watch them work.
