I am a Malaysian doing a road trip in Kyushuu. They served me the best Katsu don i have ever eaten in my life. I have attached a photo for reference. To best describe the Katsu don I will summarise it into points: Super fresh and I am absolutely certain it is not process pork used here. It has a very different flavour to the regular Katsu dons you find in the big cities. Multi layers of the Katsu to enjoy. The balance juicy fat, the springy meat, the crispy fried flour texture and OMG the egg outside made the Katsu delicious to eat. The rice was seperated from the Katsu with a layer of dried seaweed which mix in well with the egg. The dry seaweed easily breaks apart as you dig in to grab the rice and the flavours combined perfectly with the Katsu.
If you have the chance to eat here I seriously recommend the Katsu don!

弟とLUNCHで来店。
今回は予約していなかったけど たまたま入店できた感じです。
入口から右に奥行きのフロアがあり、駐車スペースの見える 横並びソファーの席に案内されました。 メニューで目を引いたのが宮崎名物のチキン南蛮のセット。 肉厚でジューシー！ ふだんで注文したことのないメニューなのですが、宮崎のチキンは美味しいので 注文しました。
食べると ホント、肉厚でジューシー！！柔らかいお肉でビックリ。
隣には個室もありましたが、子どもがめちゃくちゃうるさかったです。 今どきの親は注意もしないし、店員さんが「他のお客様に迷惑なので」って言って欲しかった。 たぶん、私たちだけではなく、他の人たちもうるさかったと思います。
年配のご夫婦らしい方もお見かけしました。 おしゃれなご夫婦だなーって思いつつ、都城にも こんな感じのお店あるんや、、と感激したお店です。
