本田屋かすてら本舗 — Restaurant in Minami-Shimabara

(English version to follow) 本田屋カステラ本舗在長崎已經傳承到第四代，是一家有著悠久歷史的老店。蛋糕鬆軟濕潤、甜而不膩。而且店員的服務十分親切可愛，讓人感覺很溫暖。除了招牌的カステラ，他們還有種類豐富的烘焙點心，季節限定口味繁多，每次來都能發現新驚喜。這裡不只是買甜點，更能感受到家族世代用心守護的傳統，非常值得一訪。 Hondaya Kasutera Honpo is such a lovely spot in Nagasaki with a long history, now proudly run by the 4th generation of the family. Their castella is soft, moist, and just the perfect amount of sweetness, but what really stood out to me was the friendly service. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it makes you want to stay and look around longer. On top of their famous castella, they also have a huge variety of other baked goods (most worth mentioning is the seasonal limited editions are definitely worth a try!), so it feels like there’s always something new to try.
