ラーメンが、豚骨、味噌、醤油、塩の4種類とメニューにはチャンメンと表記のちゃんぽんがあります。 なんでチャンメンなのだろう？？と調べてみると作り方の工程で呼び方が違うみたいですね。 上記の麺類は総じて塩っけが強いですね。 塩ラーメンと思って食べるならいいのですが醤油、豚骨でも塩ベースのスープみたいで塩気がとても強いです。 まずいとは思いませんが美味しいとも思いませんかね〜 ちなみにおにぎりも合わせて食べてみましたがこれも塩気が強い、、 本当塩が好きなお店なんだろうなと思います 2020.06.10追記 塩っけが強いお店なのでメニューにある塩ラーメンをあえて注文してみました。 ただでさえ塩っけが強いスープのお店だけど塩ラーメンだとさらに塩っけが強いラーメンでした。 塩ラーメンが好きな人にはいいかもです。
