BAYERN Aso Naturel・J farm — Restaurant in Minamiaso

We were genuinely excited when we arrived—the building is charming, the interior is beautiful, and the menu looked promising. But within two minutes, the mood completely deflated.

The one staff member (an older man) greeted us and cleared a nice table by the window, but after that, it was like we’d vanished. No water, no warmth, no follow-up. Just a stiff, disinterested presence doing the bare minimum.

The food? Excellent. No notes there. But the atmosphere? Deathly quiet. No music, no energy. Other customers were whispering or just sitting in silence like they were waiting for a eulogy.

Come for the food—but prepare to dine in a vacuum and leave emotionally undercooked.

Worth it for the food, but don’t come expecting...

We loved the curry and ham steak! Portions were a bit on the smaller side. The cured ham that we took away tasted so fantastic! Hopefully I can find them as an export item...

朝から快晴の日曜日。 久しぶりの夫婦キャンプで、南小国に行く途中に立ち寄ったのは、ファームランドの近くにあるバイエルン。

工場併設の本格的なハムやソーセージ、ステーキが食べられる噂のお店は 雄大な阿蘇の大自然に包まれて食事が出来る癒しの空間だった。

私はボンレスハムステーキ 妻はとろとろ赤毛和牛カレー 追加でハムソーセージ、ウィンナーの盛り合わせ。 ちょっと贅沢なランチを楽しみました

正直感動のランチでした😋 一口目のボンレスハムは過去最高の味でした。口の中でゆっくり咬み味わって食べないと後悔してしまう。

驚きはハムの横に添えられたフライドポテト❗️ 妻と2人で一瞬目が点になり口の中で時間が止まった。 次の瞬間笑顔になる2人😆 美味すぎる。 どうやら特別のスパイスを使っていて、魔法のスパイスと言われているらしい。

目の前でカレーを食べていた妻のお皿は、あっという間に空っぽ。 スプーンで綺麗に残りのカレーを削ぎ落としている😆 『このカレー私、好き』
