Well, Maruha is a must-visit if you're in Chita Peninsula. I live here, and there are few pretty awesome restaurants by the seashore, but if you are just visiting and wish to hit only one place - Maruha has it all. Start with the Onsen - this one is a salty seaside onsen, very relaxing. Next is a delicious restaurant, where you can try local fish. What I love most about this place is a taste and atmosphere - it's very home-made and local. Shokudo translates as "canteen", but in Japan it's much more than that - it's a place you're going to feel very much "at home". The taste is fantastic, the fish is fresh and varies depending on a season and day. If you never tried the local cuisine - Ise Ebi, Maruha is your place.
