Hana Doufu — Restaurant in Minamioguni

Passing by this shop was on my way to Beppu. It's located at the mountain side but the exterior was catching my eyeballs to stop by a have look. Then discovered it is a shop and selling different kind of taufu sets also with home deco items, souvenirs and dry food inside the shop.beside that it is also an exhibition area inside another section of the shop. Couldn't expect this unique shop having so much fun on the way of the mountain roads.

So, all of us decided to order some taufu sets for sharing, discovered the quality of it was really smooth and delicious!!! The atmosphere in the shop was very good,due to raining & snoowing plus chatting with friendliest staff cum operators, we have spend there almost 2 hours then leave to our next destination.

We will be visiting this shop again whenever we r in our kyushu trip. Because it is worth travelling to this place...

Stopped there for lunch on our way back from Mt Aso, super nice food, very warm atmosphere. Little shop attached to the restaurant with local pottery etc... The tofu was the best we had in 3 weeks in Japan, and the combination of all the ingredients was very tasty and fresh. Highly...
