今日はマジ感動した昼食となりました。 南大隈町役場佐多支所の近くにあります。駐車場はお店の前ですが、狭い。。 食事処時海(ときみ) 10種のお刺身を、ご飯にかぶせ盛った[時海丼]がおすすめ^_^ 素晴らしいのはご飯が、熱からず冷たからず絶妙な温度。 そうなんです❗️お刺身のあじを殺さないように、かと言って、ご飯の味も殺さないよう調理されています。 お刺身は大将自ら朝3時に地元の親戚操る船で取りに行かれているとの事。素晴らしいじゃありませんか‼️ モッチモチのお刺身って凄いでしょ‼️お魚の締め方が素晴らしいのだと思います。新鮮間違いないですよ。 お刺身を味わってから、醤油タレをかけていただきました。コレがモッチモチの、お刺身となんとも言えない温度のご飯がたまらんのです。 さらに、お味噌汁がコレまた最高‼️ 海鮮丼の味を引き立ててくれます。なんだろうか、あさり汁のような感覚あったりして思わずおかわりしちゃいましたよ。お味噌は近くのAコープで販売しているとこ事でしたが、今回は発酵準備中で店内にはありませんでした。 次の楽しみできましたね。٩( ᐛ...
