This is a restaurant in the southern part of the Satsuma Peninsula where U can eat eel. It is far from Kagoshima city and can only be reached by car, so there are few tourists. We first tried the unagi (grilled eel) from the Osumi Peninsula, which was delicious with its plump meat and elegant fat. The eel and rice steamed together in a bamboo steamer was also outstandingly delicious, with the sauce soaking into the rice and bringing out the flavor of the eel. Please try the unagi from Kagoshima.

一流の鰻屋は清流沿いに立っているもの。 抜群の清らかな水量を誇る万之瀬川の路傍に在る【万のせ】さんも例外なく一流だった。 鰻丼 松　¥3,300 肝串 2本 ¥450 先ずは肝串。 ブチっとした歯触りに大人の苦味。 プリンとして粘り強い噛み応え。 鼻に抜ける肝の旨さに炭火の風味と上品なタレの香りが相まって後を引く。 鰻丼🐍🍚 蒲焼きをめくり卓上にあるサラサラの中甘タレをご飯に、コクのある甘タレを蒲焼きにかける。国産100%の山椒をたっぷり振りかける🌿 炭の香りが移った肉厚の鰻蒲焼き😍 背開き蒸し有りの関東風🏯 鹿児島の伝統郷土料理は関東より関西に近い味わいだけど、サムライの街だけあって鰻は腹を開かない江戸前風。 待ち時間は約5分。 予め捌いて蒸してある鰻を炭火で炙って蒲焼きに仕上げて提供。 骨の口当たりとワイルドな風味をちゃんと残して柔らか過ぎず硬過ぎず、歯応えとふんわり感の両方とも備えた香ばしい蒲焼き。 上品で粘度が低いスッキリしたタレ。 フレッシュで刺激的な粉山椒の風味。 水が良いから米もお吸い物も旨い😋 小鉢も充実。 ぽん酢で頂くごぼう、かぼちゃ、さつまいも、ブロッコリーの蒸篭蒸し野菜サラダ。 甘酢仕立ての白胡麻入り和風オニオンドレッシングで頂くキャベツ、レタス、紫玉ねぎ、パプリカ、水菜の生野菜サラダ。 田舎豆腐に荒削り節が旨いひと口冷奴 濃厚な鰹出汁が滲み出たお吸い物仕立ての海苔汁 きゅうりと高菜のお新香に円やかな煎茶🍵 辺鄙な立地なのに駐車場は他県ナンバーの車でいっぱい。 かつての水の都に旨い鰻有り。 さいしょ、美鶴に万のせが加わり 私の鹿児島うなぎ屋TOP3が決まった。

7月28日(日)に、国産鰻使用の言葉に惹かれて訪問しました。 川沿いの住宅街の一角にお店を構えてます。 店内も綺麗で、落ち着いて食事出来そうです♪ うな重の松を注文しました(^^) ひと目でふんわりと柔らかく焼き上げてあるのが分かります。 実際も、見た目と同じふんわり食感で、白ごはんと一緒に口に含んでも、口中で直ぐに旨さが馴染みます( ´∀｀)モグモグ 山椒も香り良く、ほんの少し振りかけるだけで風味が増します。 お店の方の対応も丁寧で、また近くに来る機会があれば訪問したいです(^^) 美味しい時間、ありがとうございました♪

美味しいものが食べたくて、それも鰻が食べたい❗今までは鹿児島市内に行って食べてたけど今回は仕事帰りに行けるお店へ。１人でドキドキしながら 豪勢に松といきたいが竹の鰻丼。急須とお茶を持ってきていただき、お茶をよく飲む自分にはすごく良かったありがたい。暫くまって鰻丼と吸い物以外サラダなどもついた豪勢な御膳にビックリ!! その他 足りないときのためにタレ持ってきてくださって、本当に至れり尽くせりで来てよかったと思いました。 ただ...
