When I was new to Misawa I was looking for a Filipino restaurant and I found Izakaya Yume. When I visited Yume for the first time, I really liked it because I felt like I was in the Philippines. All the food is delicious, especially the crispy pata and lumpia. The owner (Ate Ana) is very kind and very friendly until we became close friends that I was like her sister.
