記念日のランチに美味しいものをと言う事でネットで検索したセトウチ珈琲さんへ。パニーニのセルフサービスランチはドリンクセットで1500円位。高いと感じながらもたまには贅沢と思い注文しました。料理、ドリンクとも美味しく頂けました。 ただ、接客がほんと残念でした。。 まず、基本の「いらっしゃいませ、 ありがとうございました、ごゆっくり」すら無い。。女性二人で接客してましたが若い方？の女性一人はほんと酷い。もう一人の女性はまだましだけど基本、無愛想。 食事中もレジカウンターで店員同士、でかい声で盛り上がってましたが、しゃべれるんだったら客に気をむけろ。食事を出すときにどうぞ、おまたせいたしました位しないと。 挙げ句には、怒りをおさえて帰り際に「ごちそうさまでした。美味しかったです。」と話しかけるも無言、無視されました。 店員さん、なにか勘違いされてませんか？せめて笑顔で接客を！ 店員同士で話すとき笑顔で話していたやろ。 自分は県内でしたが、それでも時間をかけて楽しみに来ています。 あの接客態度は改めるべきです。 指摘されるだけマシです。 やられた方は大多数は不快になってますよ。 まあリピーターはいらな...
