Very-relaxed waterfront dining. The pasta del giorno was rigatoni cooked Italian al dente (slightly chewy) with crumbled sausage, arugula, and sliced squash. I had their take on carbonara which had shaved canon instead of pancetta, a noodle I’ve never seen before but perfect for the dish, and an orange sauce which I imagine comes from the “princess eggs.” It was so good that I had to restrain myself from using my finger to wipe my bowl clean.
