Lucky Pierrot Morichō Akaigawa branch — Restaurant in Mori

As a foreign tourist who is in Hokkaido for the very first time, I only discovered when I was here a few days ago that this local fast food chain offering Japanised American cuisine was not only exclusive to Hokkaido, but also exclusive only to Hakodate prefecture. So as I headed out of Hakodate prefecture today, I decided that I had to try Lucky Pierrot before leaving the prefecture and ended up at this branch. Worst food we‘ve had in Hokkaido. Saggy buns, awful taste of the meat (cheese burger), way to much sauce, saggy fries, terrible taste of the rice/cheese/egg/ketchup combo. Also, we didnt understand why we werent allowed to eat in the restaurant when more than half of the tables were empty. Had to wait 40 min for the take out (noone in line in front of us!), when we came back to pick it up, there were even more free tables and the lady at the counter still didnt let us eat inside. Terrible experience...

This place is consistently rated as one of the best burger places in Japan, but unlike most fancy burger places, the prices are very reasonable and on-par with a typical fast food place. In that regard, it's much better than any McDonald's or Mos Burger etc.
