As I sat down, I was instantly greeted with a soup, green tea, a salad and a oshibori. They have a variety of traditional sushi. The sushi was delivered fast and incredibly delicious and fresh and the wasabi added into the sushi gave a unique kick, you can specify your order without wasabi though. The soy sauce was perfect. The atmosphere was minimal and amazing. And the poeple running the shop were super interactive and kind. It is by a far range, the best sushi place in Japan and the entire world, the only con is the location. And the meal was very reasonably prices! Must go...

久しぶりにこんなにおいしいお寿司を食べました 2歳の息子用に干瓢巻きを頼んで最初に出してくれたので一口目が干瓢巻きだったのですが まさか干瓢巻きで驚かされるとは。 後で出てきた特上寿司はネタが大きめなのですが、柔らかく、シャリも絶妙においしくて、更に温度もちょうど良くて、、中盤でお腹いっぱいになってしまったのですがおいしすぎて完食。 息子のお残しの干瓢巻きもペロリでした。

後日持ち帰りも頼み やはり衛生面もあるので冷えていましたがそれでも本当においしくてあっという間に完食。 笹切りもひとつひとつ手作業のよう。 少し値段上げてもらっても構わないので...
