通りがかりで入店し、「壺焼き定食」？＆「黒潮定食」？を頂きました。 店外にある大きなイケスには、伊勢エビやサザエが沢山いて、食材はかなり新鮮なようです。カンパチの刺身のコリコリ感には驚きましたし、サザエの壺焼きは絶品。火加減が抜群で、サザエはこれまで食べた中で最も美味しかったように思います。 天ぷら、味噌汁ほかもとても美味しく、ご主人の調理の丁寧さがうかがえます。昭和レトロな感じの店でノンビリとしており、お店の方も気さくで、とても居心地も良く、大当たりでした。 次回は是非、伊勢エビを食してみたいと思います。 事前予約して料理を用意してもらったら、どんなものが...
